Thank you, Mr. Lopez. I’m acknowledging receipt of the request.
As you know, much of the information requested stems from actions taken in Washington. DRP was not initiated at GLA and any future plans for “expanding, modifying, or reassessing” are outside our control or authority locally. The occupations excluded from the program were similarly developed at Central Office, not GLA. That list was published after the initial program announcement and largely matches occupations excluded from the hiring freeze. Positions impacted by those who accepted DRP remain encumbered until 9/30/2025. Backfills, if required and requested, can be requested in proximity to that date. We will take the questions under advisement and reply soon.
